Support after discharge
After hospitalisation, surgery, or during recovery, some patients may need additional support at home. Sevagan helps families identify the type of home-care or nursing support they need and assists in arranging a suitable service provider.

Our role. Sevagan provides healthcare coordination and assistance in arranging home-care and nursing-care services. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Medical decisions remain with the patient and their treating doctors.

Is home-care support only for older people?
No. Patients of any age may need support at home, for example nursing care after surgery or hospitalisation, or help with daily activities during recovery.
We live in another city or abroad. Can you help?
Yes. We assist families living in another city or abroad who need local support for a patient, and coordinate the service based on the patient’s requirements.
Does home-care support replace the patient's doctor?
No. Medical decisions remain with the patient and their treating doctors. We assist in arranging home-care and nursing-care services based on those decisions.
Is there a charge for this service?
Yes. Sevagan provides professional healthcare guidance and coordination services for a service fee. The fee depends on the type and level of assistance required, and we will explain the applicable charges clearly before you proceed. Our fee is separate from charges by doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centres and other providers.
